How the offer Works?

I. Agent agrees to the following:

Verify all information accuracy prior to writing insurance policy. Agree to follow up on leads generated within 24 Hours of receipt. Sales leads generated and/or distributed by SuperLeads.com LLC and may not be resold or re-distributed under any circumstances (without express written permission). Use information provided by SuperLeads.com LLC for the purpose of quoting and selling insurance only. Quote only those insurance companies for which Agent is licensed to sell insurance. Maintain a license/licenses to sell insurance for the area/areas and insurance type selected. You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing a 10-day written notice via email or fax. Upon termination, any outstanding balance must be settled and any credit balance will be replaced with leads.

II. Payment Terms:

Deposit.A deposit will be made which will be used to open and/or re-open an account. Billing will occur on weekly basis and the card will be charged for any balances left on the account. If the Agent has made a one time purchase, then the card will be charged only until that numbers of referrals have been submitted. If the Agent continues the account, the card will be billed weekly until the Agent notifies SuperLeads.com LLC to stop sending referrals.

Bi-Monthly and Monthly billing is available to those agents who have established a credit history with SuperLeads.com LLC. Payments are due by the 5th of each Month. Automatic credit card payments will be charged on the 2nd of each month.

Late Payments - Agent agrees to pay late charges of $25 per month for payments received after the 20th of each month.

Other Fees – Agent agrees to pay all costs of credit card charges that are disputed, fees for bounced checks, and charge-back fees for credit cards.

Collections - Agent agrees to pay all costs of collections and attorney’s fees if the account is submitted to collections.

Indemnification - Agent agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuperLeads.com LLC from any action arising from the use of information provided by SuperLeads.com LLC.

Interpretation - The terms of this agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.

III. Agent agrees that,

by signing the Agent Application and/or providing his/her credit card information as a guarantee of Pre-Payment, this is sufficient proof of agent's intention to purchase referrals and abide by this agreement.

IV. Credits

SuperLeads.com LLC credits for a variety of reasons. Please contact your account manager with any questions you may have. Refunds are not available.
